Mangawhai

My brother Paddy (Patrick) and his girlfriend Nic have bought land at Mangawhai, approximately 1.5 hours north of Auckland. They plan to move up there later in the year. I popped into visit them on my way back from Tapeka Point last week. We went for sail on the Mangawhai inlet, stopped for fish and chips at the local shops, and made delicious tacos for dinner. Their outlook is awesome! They're busy with their goats, chickens, feijoa trees, blackberry bushes, vegie garden, not to mention setting up camp :) I'm looking forward to many more adventures with them up there!
