Cape Brett

Wayne and I walked the spectacular track out to Cape Brett from Deep Water Cove. It was supposed to be a 2.5 hour walk but some how or other we managed to take 4 hours! Lots of drinks, photo and bird-watching stops slowed us down, as did the high peaks we had to tackle! What a beautiful spot! We stayed in the lighthouse keepers hut with a diverse group from overseas and around the country. They were all as exhausted as us! Wow, our macaroni cheese tasted great for dinner! We rose to more stunning weather, birds soaring through the skies, dolphins meandering by, and our hearts full of praise to our Lord who created the earth, sea and skies. See Psalm 103!
