Home Group Party

We've just had a run of five people turn 30 in our home group! Plus an engagement and a wedding! In celebration we all went out for Italian and lots of laughs. Those of us with birthdays had to do silly things like... run around the table like an aeroplane, put as many marshmallows in our mouths as possible, do our best party trick (someone juggled salt and pepper shakers) and collect tips from the waiters for our meal :)

We usually get together every second week at someone's home for a time of fellowship over a meal and then a discussion, often based around living out our faith practically in our community. This year our home group adopted a refugee family from Myanmar. We helped them set up house and hope to meet with them regularly for fun times like going to the zoo.
